Instant Mango Pickle Recipe


2 Raw Mangoes, cubed3 tbsp Mustard Oil ¼ tsp Fenugreek Powder 1 tsp Mustard Seeds


1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder ¼ tsp Hing 1 tsp Turmeric Powder

Step 1

Chop raw mango into bite-sized pieces. Add salt, coat it well and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Then, add hing and fenugreek powder.

Step 3

Next, add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well and take it off the flame.

Step 4

Add the spices mix to the mango.

Step 5

Mix it well. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6

Your instant mango pickle is ready! Enjoy it with paratha, khichdi or any other dish of your choice.
