Quinoa salad is gluten-free and helps in losing weight.

Here's an easy recipe to make quinoa salad at home...

Quinoa, carrot, onion, tomato, chickpeas, vinegar, olive oil, salt, fresh parsley, garlic, bell pepper.

Rinse and drain quinoa thoroughly in water twice. In a pan, cook quinoa for 15 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped vegetables (except garlic), boiled chickpeas and fresh parsley.

Saute for 10 minutes. Add garlic and salt.

Finally, add quinoa and toss the salad well. And, relish.
