How To Make Healthy Amla Juice

Amla can be consumed raw or dried, but a lot of people also drink it as juice, which offers many health advantages

Ingredients required

1. Roughly 8 seeded and chopped amlas2. 2 inches of roughly chopped ginger3. 4 teaspoons of cumin seeds

Prepping the amla

Then, grate or finely chop amla to prepare amla juice. Don't forget to throw away the seeds

Combine the chopped amla with water and mix until a smooth paste forms and then strain this paste to extract the juice

Add ginger and cumin

Blend again after adding the cumin seeds and ginger to add extra flavour and increase the nutritional value of the juice
