HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN TIKKABUR
1 Burger Bun 1 Lettuce Leaf 100 gm Boneless Chicken 2 tbsp Curd 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Green Chutney 1 tsp Lemon Juice 4-5 Onion Rings 4-5 Tomato Slices 1 tsp Mustard Oil
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste Salt to taste 1 tsp Garam Masala ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
Marinate boneless chicken with salt, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and mustard oil, and curd for 30 minutes.
Grill the chicken pieces until the color changes to golden brown
Make the burger sauce by mixing green chutney and mayonnaise. Then, apply the sauce to both sides of the burger halves.
Place onion rings and tomato slices on the bottom half of the burger.
Now, arrange the chicken tikkas and place the lettuce leaf on top of it. Finally, cover with the top half of the burger and press lightly. Serve immediately!
